All hosting providers are vetted and apply security controls in line with internationally recognised security standards.

We use serverless services to reduce the risk of server-level security issues arising.

We use encryption to protect data. MongoDB Atlas and AWS Lambda encrypt data at rest, and our platform uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data in transit.

Logging is configured within the application to provide complete traceability.

We operate an Information Security Management System that is certified to ISO 27001.

Our application supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) with authenticator apps so our clients can have the option to enable MFA.

We have also implemented role-based permissions and extensive change control features within the application.

We process all personal data in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988-2018 here in Ireland.

Where any data transfers outside of the European Union may occur, we always rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure the continued protection of personal data.
